Super fun and interactive set with lots of little details. I love the mechanics for the spiral staircase that unspirals and a beautiful front door that actually opens and closes. As a bonus, you also get 4 Snowgies (Snow-Babies) and Marshmallow (Big Snowman). If you love Frozen and Lego, this is a MUSTHAVE! This set might be a bit hard for younger kids since it has a lot of little pieces, however with some help, I am sure everybody will have a great time building it :)

This shimmery and glittery palace will be a lot of fun for Frozen fans who will like building Elsa's iconic palace from the movie. But with the addition of the cute little Snowgies, kids can also play out scenes from Frozen Fever. From the opening doors to the magically appearing staircase, there are a lot of cool moving parts on this construction set that, along with the fun accessories, really enhance the imaginative play and bring the magic of the movie to life. (Our favorite accessory is the chocolate bar.)

Much like my coworker's daughters, I quite liked this set. I wasn't prepared to; I thought re-imagining a set just two years after the original was a bit too soon. I like the opening door mechanism, while it's the same as the front door in Ragana's Magic Shadow Castle, it's a great mechanism and does provide the grandiose entrance that the palace deserves. I also like that the designer has added some play features on the first floor such as the music sheet and the dining area for some extra detail.
