My daughter received this as a party favor and quickly built it the days after. She was sick at the time and built it on her bedside table. The set is very cute and I enjoy that Lego included engineering lego sets for girls. It's different from the usual houses and bakeries, it shows what girls do in the modern world. I especially like the little photo of Olivia with Zobo. It adds on to Emma's Photo Studio, which my daughter has. I would like to see LEGO include more parts to build the spare robot so that you can play out the role of building the robot with Olivia. Overall, this is a very good set. The heart that comes with it is a nice add-on too.
This is a great package set - do not fear regarding other reviews saying that this comes in a white LEGO box, yes it does, but you open that box, and voila, both original packages are inside, so you can easily give these as a gift, just discard the white LEGO box, and give these together or separately. Both sets are great, by kids liked the Stephanie cake shop box even more - it's like a mini-cupcake store, great details, and hard to find already in our local stores and the LEGO store. Price for the set was perfect, exactly the same as list price (each box is 9.99 list price), I found that they were more expensive on Amazon, had I bought them individually.
I think this is a very cute set with plenty of play value. The brightly colored parts are especially welcome. And the theme here makes me think fondly of the many young ladies I see participating in FIRST LEGO League these days.
