I love the concept of this set because its a cheap and easy way for me to get relatively new parts. The small prints are great designs and will be great for Lego MOCs. I love the rainbow themes to show LGBTQ support! The downside is the colors are not very unisex. I work with children and a customizable bracelet sounds fun to show off. I wish there were more included parts that could be considered gender neutral. If there were two or three more different colors of basic tiles it would have helped justify getting multiples of these. Now if you get several packs of these for the prints you will end up with an unnecessary large amount of these specific color tiles. Especially when you purchase other DOTS sets with large amounts of these colors. You are on to something here Lego. Please keep making more series of these. Just more colors per pack, or at least more chances at different colors between packs. Also more blues, greens, browns, reds, etc.
£3.99 / $3.99 / €3.89 for 109 pieces is good value so if you don't have the Jewellery Box, then 41908 Extra Dots - Series 1 is the perfect way to get lots of tiles to add to your collection, and it's worth picking up just for the printed tiles and blue glitter tiles.
t's hard to give these bags a rating – the parts are fun, and I think it is reasonable to assume that the purchaser already owns a couple of plates. They certainly represent reasonable value for money at this stage when it comes to considering the price per tile on Bricklink at present. That said, while the mystery as to exactly which emoji tiles adds to the fun… I still need a couple more packs to make my quota. By which Time, I could have purchased a mother of the larger sets. Gotta Catch 'em All!
These are fun little parts packs of colourful, decorative elements with cute designs that cover a variety of topics, hopefully meeting the interests of the many. I was particularly happy with the voluminous supply of the new 1x1 Round Tile in Transparent Light Blue With Glitter. The whole Dots concept is definitely growing on me more and more, as my children and I play with the various sets I bought.
