Bruni the Salamander Buildable Character

My daughter LOVES Bruni and was absolutely thrilled when I showed her this set. The build itself is simple, but fun with some good use of various lego pieces (ie the plant leaves for feet). It's a pretty sturdy build and the mouth opens and closes nicely and has a great tongue detail. The soft flexible tail is also another nice touch. The additional build of the fire and roasted marshmallows are a fun addition. Little things like the one marshmallow being a little more brown is a great little touch. This is seriously one of the cutest builds I've ever done. Bruni is an nice size and has great playability. It's an interesting build with great elements for a small set. Highly recommend purchase. Excellent for Frozen Fans, and a great build in general. more less

This set is a great example of the old adage, "Good things come in small packages." With less than 100 pieces, it's a quick build, but very enjoyable. AFOLs will appreciate the many parts and those shiny prints. The model is fun to play with and will make a good display piece when you aren't having marshmallow toasting parties with Bruni. more less

This delightful little set will probably get lost among all the sets released this week, but if you want a simple little set bursting with character, you won't find anything better. The use of parts is great and I especially like the printed elements, when combined they do a great job of capturing the appearance of the character. It's simply a neat little set and certainly worth checking out, as well as being the perfect treat for Frozen fans of all ages. more less
