I want to give this a perfect score sooo much, but the second build just holds it back. The set would have been a 10 without it. But this is a fantastic set, and I recommend you pick it up while it's around.

It is a really nice set. A tad on the small side but it has some great detail and lots of features. Quick enough to build all three models and would fit real nice into an existing town plan.

My childhood love for Legos, building things with my hands, and drawing out house floor plans all came together with this series. I absolutely love this Beach House set! The instructions are good, but it got tricky when creating the 2nd level of the house. Guess my eyes and perception of Lego instructions aren't what they use to be. I love how I can create 3 different houses with this one set! I haven't created the other two yet, but no doubt I will love it too. The outside details of the house are just awesome, but the inside lacks of the same detail as the outside. This set does not include any people. I'm overall satisfied and I'm awaiting the arrival of the 3 other house sets I have purchased with this one. I also like that Amazon sells them for slightly cheaper than regular retail price as Legos are so expensive!

It's a pretty standard set, but I did enjoy building it. It was in the big bulk lot I'm still working through, so it was nice to thin out the black and yellow piles! That's it.
