Let me start off by saying that I gave this item 3 stars because I did not receive what is pictured. The set was very nice, however, it was not what's advertised. The pictured set shows as a police chase set with a helicopter, police ATV, a getaway truck, and motor bike. I received a smaller helicopter, police truck with small jail and bed for helicopter, police motorcycle, and red ATV. The set came with three booklets of instructions to assemble the items. The helicopter was the easiest and was only about three steps to put together. The helicopter flies with a handle (that has to be assembled) and a pull that looks like a zip tie. However, it doesn't fly too high... you'd have to pull really hard and fast to get the helicopter to get some air. I had troubles with figuring out how the helicopter hooks to the trailer. The rest of the items were easy to assemble and sturdy as well.

All of these sets have a lot of cool features that bring a construction scene, a safari, or a rescue scene to life. There are lots of storytelling possibilities with each one. Any one of these would make a nice addition to a LEGO City collection.
