On average we get a very decent 8/10. But when I look at this set, I am inclined to give it a 9/10 at least. Call me biased, but I have very fond memories of it and I know how great it looks in a town setup. There have been plenty of gas stations available throughout the years, but there is only one parking garage and this is it. It's unique, it's classic... it's awesome.
