My 8 year old loves this set. It has a lot more play time vs build time for a typical $20 set. The launchers work great and some of the battles result in minifigs flying out of their spinjuistu shells.

I bought this set since it came with two ninjas to "fight." I was happily surprised to find that the set actually came with 6 different spinners (only 2 for the Lego people though). It is easy and fun to use, though one or two steps for the spinner mechanisms required an adult to get correct.
