I am incredibly happy with this set! The build was really enjoyable, and yet created a very strong model that I can swoosh around all I wish! This craft will definitely look good on display with other Star Wars spaceships. In fact, I'd love to see this beside the standard Imperial shuttle. The minifigures from this set are well detailed and will fit into your Alliance or Imperial armies well.
The features built into this LEGO Star Wars ship, and the included movie character-based minifigures allow Rogue One fans to recreate scenes from the movie. The set can be used to play out those scenes, or to create new Star Wars adventures. This large, menacing Star Wars shuttle is also going to look great in a display, or part of LEGO Rogue One diorama.
Not marked as a collector's set, it's flimsy enough that kids may become frustrated with it, both as a build and with the final product. No notable interior details other than Director Crennic's opulent pilot's seat (white head- and arm-rests!). When on the ground, it has a boarding ramp, but there is little-or-no room to stand a single minifig. The back two seats don't have enough head room, so the Rebel minifigs will get left out in the cold a lot. The landing gear are tied together and move as one, but the surprisingly-large wings move independently on good friction joints! The four hull panels that expose the interior also snugly fit together. Krennic's Imperial Shuttle makes for a fair display piece, but doesn't offer a lot in terms of interior features that most kids would look forward to in a minifig-integrated set. Recommended for 12+years.
Krennic's Shuttle will knock your socks off for its sheer size alone, and at only £79.99, it's not going to break the bank like 75104. There's a great selection of minifigures, it's a satisfying build and the result is awesomely imposing. What more could you want?
This set is a must have for any star wars fan and any fan of Rogue One. It is a beautiful set. Challenging to build. Lots of play features and minifigs. Wings and side panels are a bit fragile but when the wings are folded down for flight it looks Amazing. The all black is a bit tricky for finger prints as well. I only leave it displayed for a few weeks at at time and wipe it with microfiber cloth after play. Even thought its on the fragile side its worth every penny.
This is a good set. However, it probably could be better. The minifigure selection is pretty good and the shuttle exterior is very nice. The size and weight is about right as well. Unfortunately, the interior of the shuttle is not up to par and the value, while not bad, could be improved.
