This is an interesting idea that I have not seen from Lego before. I like the target practice concept using the old canon parts that are pretty classic. I would have been nice to design a little more of a build around them, but they have always been one of the best functioning guns that Lego has in its arsenal. Coupling that with some classic Star Wars and you have a great build. I love the Hoth theme and it's a good selection of minifigures. I also like the action on the ATAT when you hit the block from between its legs. very reminiscent of Empire Strikes back. In fact all the actions are interesting and they have kept the boys engaged. They have brought the set out a few times to have new target practice. All in all a great set! I

As always LEGO nails it! Lego has created a game of skill with these sets as well as imaginative play. All of these sets are fun to build and display.

When I first bought this for my 9 year old I was skeptical. I was skeptical if it would hold my son's attention and if it was too basic for him. Thankfully this set was a lot of fun for both of us. The playability I give a five. Only downside is Snowtroopers don't have backpacks.

From a design standpoint, this set is a bit underwhelming. Design is clearly not the main focus, but that was to be expected. From a function standpoint this works very well. I've let my daughters (7 & 9) play with it for a while, and they really like it.
