A good looking buildable action figure. It is nice addition to have two options for the figure - Commander and regular Stormtrooper. Very easy to build, no difficulties. It is good for display and play. It offers very good movement options. Overall, I recommend it. =)

On his own, the Stormtrooper looks cool as a staple of the classic Star Wars films. Compared to other figures we have gotten, he is pretty generic. As a parts pack, there are plenty of great parts to use in MOCs. There are some great reasons to get this set, but unfortunately it is not as flashy as a few others we have seen. Perhaps you want to build an army of Stormtroopers?

The design is simple but effective and the helmet sculpt is brilliant, with plenty of moulded detail as well as some attractive printing. In addition, I appreciate the ability to reconfigure the blaster rifle and change the rank of the Stormtrooper using the pauldron as these features increase the play and display value to some degree.
