This is definitely one of the strongest sets in the Toy Story line. It's one of the sets I was most looking forward to in this theme, and I can't say I'm disappointed. There's not much I could have expected more from this set. Even if you are not into Toy Story, I can recommend getting this set for the cool minifigs and the retro classic space-y goodness of the spaceship!

Its LEGO and Toy Story, enough said!! I have been looking to add a Buzz Lightyear to my LEGO collection for years, I came across this set and thought I would give it a try. The build was smooth, a simple and well guided process. Being an older builder I enjoy a set that allows me to relive my childhood through a good build. This set has just enough to make for a single sitting build that ends with some enjoyment. I had a nephew come over and play with it to test it out. He enjoyed the set, good combination of the spaceship and exploratory vehicle, add a little Zurg and it made for a fun time.

The entire set seems like it could have been so much more than it was. It's serviceable, I guess, and certainly swoosh-able, but nothing special. It's not a bad buy, certainly, and a decent price-per-part ratio for a licensed set.
