I got this lego set for my birthday and was ( still am ) very pleased about getting it. The minifigures looked exactly like they did in the movie and are very good. I absolutely love the new Ankylosaurus figure and it has a very both realistic and movie like swinging tail and did a superb job at knocking down the trees by the Gyrosphere sign . The Updated Indominus rex is my favourite lego dinosaur, creature, figure and probably ( actually definitely ) my favourite toy so far . The Gyrosphere station is completely accurate to the one from the movie and is very fun not only playing with but also building. The baby Ankylosaurus goes very well with this set and I enjoyed making the Ankylosaurus protect its baby from the Indominus rex . Though I play with the Indominus rex so much that it is beginning to get a bit worn out but it is still my favourite dinosaur ( Ankylosaurus is my second favourite ) dinosaur no matter what. I can totally recommend this set to any body in the world ;)

The inclusion of two large dinosaurs, and the value you get for the price, and the excellent Ankylosaurus makes this one of the better Jurassic World sets of late, especially if you can get it at a decent discount.

As a Jurassic franchise fan, I really wanted this set. I knew it was a bad value-per-brick before buying it. However, the horrible build-time value really left me doubting my choice to pay full price for this set. Without question, Indominus rex VS Ankylosaurus is the worst value set I have ever reviewed. Sadly, you need to wait for a sale of 46% off for this set to classify as an average value. Good luck finding that sale.

While the building part might not live up to much, the new Ankylosaurus is excellent, so dinosaur collectors will feel compelled to add it to their collection despite the hefty price on this set. Those who missed the first Indominus Rex release will also be pleased to get a shot at the genetically manipulated beast. As with the films themselves, this set is all about the dinosaurs.

Jurassic World sets have traditionally borne limited resemblance to the scenes which inspired them. 75941 Indominus rex vs. Ankylosaurus definitely encompasses the essential features of the Gyrosphere attraction though and the accompanying dinosaurs both look impressive. They include exceptional moulded detail and provide considerable play value.
