Lex Luthor Mech Takedown

Everything in this set is quite interesting actually First Lex Luthors mech suit is a fantastic build with a variety of functionality. A part of it can even be used with another set which I unaware of at the time of purchase. Everythhing about the suit from the axe to the mini figure is fun and well devised. The Bat flying suit is really fun as well. they have released similar builds like this before but this is probably my favorite one. Each minifigure is really interesting as well. Batman and wonder woman are pretty familiar and it includes and updated cooler looking Lex Luthor in battle dress. Firestorm is an excellent an unexpected addition to the list and Cheetah is my favorite. The new line of minifigure accessories is a great idea for Lego and is sure to be a win. They offer you everything from projectiles that actually shot from their hands to various blaster, after burner or shield type accessories to use in a variety of scenarios. Well done. more less

Where can i start, this set is amazing! The Minifigures that are included are batman, firestorm, cheetah, wonder woman, and lex luthor! the batman minifigure is based off his rebirth design from the comics and is an excellent and really cool looking! the firestorm minifiure is very cool, the minifigure is outstanding! Cheetah is also a pretty awesome minifigure and a great part of this set! Wonder Woman is pretty basic, but i still enjoyed the minifigure! Lex Luthor is also basic, but still looks great along side the others! Batmans Glider/Jetpack is a unique build and i really like the way it looks on batman! Now on to the mech! The mech is OUTSTANDING! You can literally pose it anyway you want, and it wont fall! i love taking pictures of it, and posting them online! It also looks very awesome and the green blends right in! Their is even a function where you can take off the cockpit area and use it as an escape pod! My final thoughts: 10/10! This set is a lot of fun. I bought it for the Minifigures, but I was really pleasantly surprised with how much I ended up liking it. While the build time you get it not the best, I can see anyone getting a lot of play time out of this. You also get a great value per brick, and an awesome build, with great characters. I highly recommend Lex Luthor Mech Takedown. more less

It may be feel like the 89th LEGO mech you'll be adding to your collection, but, it's one not to miss out, and, most interestingly, it is actually only the third ever mech the LEGO Group has released in the DC Comics Super Heroes line. more less

I think the minifigure selection is not bad, though I really wish they were more detailed. The build is not bad and pretty good fun to play with, but the color scheme is kind of ugly. The price feels slightly high but it's not outrageous. more less
