Even though the My first Puzzle Pets are for ages 1.5 - 3 I bought this for my 4 year old to add to her duplo collection. They are so cute and my daughter really likes them. Would recommend for any child who likes to play with duplo.

This is my current go-to set when introducing young children to Lego sets. It's perfect for children 1-3 (or even older) because of the color recognition and size of the blocks. If anyone is looking at starting kids early, this is the set to go with!

Overall, this is a great little set that introduces youngsters to common animals and primary colors. The included food bricks lends the set some play value and of course you can mix and match the pieces to your heart's content (as with any LEGO set).
