This set has a lot of little pieces that come together in a really cool and fun way! What's nice is that if you have any other Lego Movie sets you can add this little guy to them since Lord Businesses army of robots were everywhere! This set shows how creative Lego creators are as this flying motorcycle is a modified police cruiser, created to track down Emmet and Wild Style.

The Super Secret Police Enforcer (30282) polybag is a decent polybag. It is a little overpriced but since it is a Toys R Us exclusive polybag, it is what we would expect. I don't remember seeing it in the movie but it was most likely in it. The movie was so action-packed that you probably miss it if you don't watch closely.

Overall, there's no compelling reason to buy this set. The minifig is available in other sets, and the hovercar, while cool, is nothing too special. If you can get this free as part of a promotion or are looking for more SWAT bodies, then pick it up.
