This was my first lego kit and a good one to try. I wish these were around when I was a kid. I happened to be at the Lego Americana Show. I picked this one because of the dog reminded me of my own dog. It was enjoyable to put together.

I paid full price. I am not a paid reviewer nor did I receive them for free or at a discounted price. I love 3n1 sets. My kids build them over and over again. I really like the animal 3n1 sets. The dog is great and an easy build for my 6 year old. We love the parrot one too! We particularly love the 3 different versions. Sometimes in 3 n1 my kids only like to build one of the possibilities, but in the dog, owl and squirrel set...they are all built at a regularity.

There have been a number of these Creator multi-builds of brick built animals recently, and they have come in this format of large animals with smaller buddies, as well as a multitude of others. Three of my other favourites include 31031: Rainforest Animals, 31019: Forest Animals and 31021: Furry Creatures. Line these all up in a row, and you'd have a cute little display! These are small enough sets to be cheap, and great for little kids.
