I really enjoyed making all of the three buildings in this creator 3-in-1 set. It is a simple but fun build. I would say that the only downside is that there aren't as many modules compared to the other creator sets so there isn't much creativity that can be used in that sense but it is expected considering the low and good value price.

Too many small circule round pieces , a lot of comestic building rather than structural build. Sections of the house don't stay together. Fun but would rather have the more traditional Lego that provide more real building time .

This is a great set which I really enjoyed building – it has great play-ability with some cool features. It also can be added to the the other two sets from the wave, 31069 Modular Family Villa and 31068 Modular Modern Home to create a ‘super build', which would look amazing in any LEGO City.
