I am not a Superman fan, but I had to have this set for the great new minifigs and parts alone. The build may not be very challenging, and the comic book that is included is absolute garbage, but it's still a decent set. It's small and has a good price, so there is no reason not to get this set if you want to have a Super Heroes set that doesn't revolve around Batman! And did I mention it comes with Wonder Woman?

This is by far one of the coolest Lego sets around if your kid is into superheroes. It didn't take too long to build either. With my help reading the directions my 4 year old did it in roughly an hour. It comes with Superman, Wonder Woman and Lex Luthor mini figures as well. Great bang for the buck and we have had a ton of fun having Lego wars with it. Don't be fooled though my son insists that Lex Luthor is a bad guy. I still think that he would use his robot suit and kryptonite cannon to help people though. My son likes to take it apart and use the parts to build other stuff and it isn't hard to put back together again. When my son isn't home I find myself playing with it for hours on end.

A great must-have set if you're a fan of pop culture/comics/iconic Lego licensed themed sets. It's Superman! Great use of colors and everyone loves mechs so this is an easy recommendation to make. Not happy about the China parts since this is a licensed set, but oh well. BUY THIS ASAP.

The design of the power armour/robot mech is quite good for its piece count. If my count is correct this mech has 17 points of movement which enables a vast amount of posing playability. That feature alone garners a good score in the design aspect. The only thing I wish this mech would've had is the inclusion of knee joints which will increase even further the movement possibilities. Even at a higher price point I'd still be willing to get this if that would've been the case. But as it is, this mech is pretty decent and it serves its purpose in giving a Lex a much-needed power armor to combat Superman.

Overall, I liking this set a lot. The lack of detailing on the Lex Luthor minifigure is totally made up with the Power Armor suit. Kids will definitely like playing with this set. One thing that kind of bugged me was that the set itself as well as the comic is inaccurate. Superman should be unable to help Wonder Woman due to the fact that he wouldn't be able to get close to the suit because kryptonite weakens him. The comic shows him being shot at by the gun and in the next frame, he gets up and picks up a grabs a big chunk of the concrete. That doesn't seem correct to me. Other than that, it's not a bad set to pick up. So far, all three minifigures are exclusive to this set and that alone might sway you to pick this up.

Really, I can't see a reason why you wouldn't want this set. With Superman and Wonder Woman, it just screams for collectors to buy it. The Power Suit itself has a decent design that works for role-playing. It contains a good amount of pieces in green and dark purple. Plus, at $19.99 USD, it's at an affordable price. There aren't many sets that I think are must haves, but this is certainly one of them. The biggest problem might just be availability; so many people will buy this set that it'll be hard to find in stock. (I know it took me a while to find it on store shelves.)

Rant aside, it's a GREAT set not only for the minifigs but the parts selection as well.
