I strongly believe this set is fun to play with if you have a group of friends to compete. However, whether if it will be successful remains unknown until the children start to get their hands onto these new Speedorz bike.
I bought two of these Speedors for my six year (also purchased the Boulder Bowling) old and both I and my son were disappointed by both. The Speedor's do not go very straight or very far with the rip cord. After a few feet they start wobbling like crazy because they're just on one wheel. It's virtually impossible for them to go through the "ring of fire" part of this set. My son much rather enjoyed just pushing the speedors around by hand and re-enacting scenes from the show. The Chima minifigs themselves are also very cool. We also used the Ring of Fire part with our MOC recreation of the Trials HD video game and our Lego motorcycles. The price I paid on Amazon was good (about $11.50) but the $15+ price charged in stores for this his highway robbery.
