These characters and the vehicle are from the LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles animated specials. The Jedi Scout Flyer features a detachable cockpit/escape pod, spring-loaded shooters, movable wing flaps, cannon, and a storage compartment for the included smaller accessories.
Awesome ship. Great minifigures. Easy build. Unique and rare style I hadn't seen in stores. Son loves this ship and Jak-14 is in some of the lego Star Wars cartoons. He is only found in this set and one other. Easy to play with and sturdy even for a five year old.
I like this set! As previously stated, this is, in my opinion, the best LEGO Star Wars Original Content set. The minifigure selection is good, playability is good, and price – even though piece count is low, the size is right – is also good.
It's not the stinker that we've seen in some of the other sets we've reviewed lately, but it's not going to be that set you have to run out and by. The figures are nice, the part selection is okay, and the build is a bit more enjoyable than the finished product.
