Recommendation: meh 4.5 / 5

This is a fun and buildable Christmas countdown that gives kids something they can play with long after the season has passed. We also think it would appeal to LEGO Star Wars collectors who will enjoy some of the special holiday-themed pieces, such as reindeer ears on R2-D2.

This year is easily my least favourite calendar and makes me wish I'd gotten last years. I hope the full circle of basing the final figs on the old Christmas cards as Yoda was in year one means these are done.

On the final day of the calendar, it's not really a huge secret on what it is and that is Santa C-3PO. It's made up of basically Santa's torso and C-3PO's head, hands, and legs. It also has a white beard and a red sack.
