This set is definitely one worth getting. Even if you don't live in the UK, buy it. These are exclusives, and it would be a shame to miss out on it. The idea to make these figures was stunning. I would never have thought TLG would have made such figures, and it really paid off for TLG, as they became a very popular LEGO item, I would assume. These figures turned out to be very well executed, and I love each one, despite their flaws. These figures mix together so well as a team, and I'm honored to be able to hold my own complete Team GB minifigures due to the fact that I live in the USA.
LEGO has done a magnificent job with these, they are miniature works of art, almost.
Personally, the most boring minifig out of the bunch, the Relay Runner is a decent attempt by Lego to capture the spirit of one of the more exciting and high profile Olympic events, Athletics. Seeing that track athletes don't have props and usually just rely on their legs to compete, there wasn't really much that Lego could do to jazz it up beyond this.
